Leisure Direct, Inc. ("LDI") is a unique and innovative company in the Pool, Spa, and Backyard Recreation Industry. It was founded in December 1999 with the purpose of becoming a major competitor in that industry. LDI is a reporting company pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and its common stock currently trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "LDTI." Its overall goal is to consolidate a fragmented market. It intends to implement a multi-faceted and direct approach to sales, marketing that will enable LDI to provide consumers with a wide range of products and services for pools, spas, and related patio products. LDI will start on a regional basis and then expand nationally.
